BETH has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. Beginning her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant (for 14 years) she saw the need to focus more intently on the body to promote health and wellbeing. Her continuing education credits include Muscle Energy and Myofascial Release Techniques for postural alignment; Reiki (Master Level) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (1 year foundation training with Eden Energy Medicine) to assist with bioelectric harmonizing; Pre/Post Natal Massage (Nurturing the Mother); and in 2017 completed T’ai Chi for Rehabilitation (Dr. Paul Lam’s program) to combine both physical and energetic body balancing. In todays fast-paced world of juggling family, career, and everything else, Beth understands the importance of enhancing the body, mind, and spirit to improve health, decrease stress and enhance your life. Although she has not figured out how to add one or two more hours to a day to allow for increased self-care for everyone, she does utilize all of her skills to optimize the one to 1 ½ hours she spends with clients to help them achieve those goals. She looks forward to customizing your next session with her.
Wilda Sanchez, LMT
(440) 781-2253
I attended Cleveland State University where I graduated in 2000 with a Bachelors in Science in Nursing. Since then, I have worked as a nurse in the greater Cleveland area. I have experience working with medical, surgical, chemical dependency, and gastrointestinal patients. I attended Cuyahoga Community College where I graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy. I have been a massage therapist since 2006. I have worked in a spa and as an independent contractor for various companies doing chair and table massages. I perform different modalities, ranging from relaxation, couples, therapeutic, deep, and stone massage. I am also a reiki practitioner in which I work with healing energy. I do believe that using different modalities for massage can help to provide a more holistic healing of the body. I have always had a passion towards helping others. I love to teach others that there are alternative options of healing that can vastly improve and optimize their day to day living standards. I get to know my clients to understand what works best for their ailments. I take the most pride when I can help those who have been dealing with chronic ailments find comfort from the service that I provide for them. I look forward to this new chapter of educating clients on the benefits that massage therapy can have in their lives.
